The Executive committe members are planning to meet on saturday, December 6th 2008 to make plans for the organization future events. This will be the committee’s first meeting . The meeting will be held at Hindu temple of Wisconsin around 2:00 PM.
Tentative Agenda:
1. New members introduction – Venkat, Avinash,Giridhar,Raj, Sirisha & Sandhya
2. Transfer of treasurer responsibility to Satya & Ravi by Ramakrishna
3. ASGM website improvements – Giridhar
4. Teaching Telugu to ASGM kids – Sandhya & Krishna
5. Improve quality and type of future events,
6. continue progress in forming non profit organization,
7. further efforts for fund raising events and activities,
8. Dividing and defining the roles of the committee members,
9. Expand and extend our leadership from ASGM to the temple and other organizations in the community,
10. Goals as a team and individually for the next 1-2 years etc etc
